I'd agree with that. I am a member of several of the "grow forums" and UK420 is by far the worst. I have considered setting up my own UK forum, but it is a lot of work and would probably end up with your house being raided.

I bend it over, pin it and then let the side shoots grow out. I then top all of the side shoots, then maybe top again. I end up with a good 16 heads on one plant. That way I can thin out to the best ones and use the other for clones, if I want to. I want to end up with 8-10 colas per plant.
