If the medium and feed are identical why would the PH of this one be different to the other two I have of the same strain? I guess the best way of testing the PH of this one plant would be to test the run off?

Yep, I have 3 of these, Critical from RQS. This is the last multistrain grow I am doing, I yearn for consistency. None of my other two Criticals are doing it and I have run Critical many times before with zero issue. I find it odd that this one is behaving like this.

I water until I see some runoff all the way around the pot, just enough so I know the soil is wet all the way through the pot. I don't see the point of running off 20% or whatever because you are just wasting money on water and fertiliser.
