I have a 2 footer and a 4 footer, but i would need a fixture for the 4 footer but they arent to pricy I don't think.. I wanna go the cheap eaiser route if possible I guess.. How big should a seedling grow untill I put it under my 1000watt? And How big will the 2 footer get them?

Outside i'm not sure probably around 70's at night to high 80's during the day but the tent is in a garage that has shade almost all day and concrete floors so it's a tad more cool in there it feels. My high and low point temp gaige is usually 70-85 24 hours around.
