Actually just noticed then SF4000 uses an ELG-240-48A not the HLG-480H-C2800AB. Any notable difference in those two drivers or things I shouldn’t know before purchasing?

I also couldn’t find spider farmer brand but rather kits and preassembled lights using the same LM301B diodes with a meanwell HLG-480H-C2800AB driver (identical to the spider farmer sf4000 if I’m not mistaken?) Anyone using this light or the diy kits from alibaba that can give some reassurance...

Anyone using either of these or familiar? Or other recommendations in the same price range. Currently running a small unit for night time spikes and gets me down to ~60% from 80-85. Need something that will get me lower for flowering as I’ll be switching soon...

For my next grow If I can squeeze 5x5 or more out of the area I’m working with, my plan was to buy the 4K to veg and add the 2k that I have in flower. If I can only get around 4x4 I’ll definitely just grab another 2000 and run 2 of those. Really appreciate the input guys!

Thanks for the reply! I had a similar issue but my plants were same strain that took on totally different Phenos. Had one that was hard to top because the nodes were so tight and one stretching like crazy. I ended up just doing some aggressive lst on the stretcher to try to keep things even and...

If I run all 3 1200s with the 2 1000s I’ll be at roughly 1080w actual so ill just run the 5 I have now and hang them in tent 1200/1000/1200/1000/1200. Unless you guys recommend a different way?

That my initial thought, however it is 250w on veg+bloom, so I’d assume somewhere in the 110-130w watt range on veg only. Do you think one is still enough?
