dont get me wrong tho, Strips and or QBs get the job done well also. They get intense also if you, again, suplly enough power to them. GML just used the QB550 against 1000W, and the QBs outperformed the HPS with half the watts. so theres that,lol.

keep in mind, the main benefit of sunrise and sunset, is actually the angle of the sun, which hits parts of the plant that cant get light during highnoon hours. so its Not necessarily of intensity thing of set/rise. also the spectrum is emerson effective at those angles.

try just the cobs, the 3500k will promote some sort of stretch usually. The 5000K have blue, which prohibit stretch. Clones need very little light, and should be 36+inches from light, (100PAR) maybe try a cfl till they root?
