So my question is rather simple - i have one 250 W Blue cfl and one 250 W Red cfl Should i use the blue one for veg, and red for flowering as its sed or can i use both all the time ?

So from what i understand, if i chose the right regular plant IN THE time given - i could get much better quality out of it then auto ( tough some autos are good to nowadays) Now i have grown regular plants as well as autos and it kinda serves to my memory that autos where ( at least vissualy)...
