that would definitely help though. but just be careful of the light the lamp gives off through the window because it might get seen. i personally have not done a window grow so i can't really contribute to that.

the strains advertised will get you the wanted effects if grown on the right conditions. growing through the window sill is not the right/ideal condition and you might get different trichome growth/development.

be wary of GHS super lemon haze. i bought a pack and got bad phenos. i think they're a 1/10 chance for a good one or be wary of GHS in general. good luck!
