The room stays about 74 with the central AC on 72 and my tent is around 78.

What are your temperatures at since adding your exhaust? Also make sure you have a passive intake for fresh air to come in.

At the stage youre at the largest culprit of any symptoms you may see are heat, pH and overwatering.
