    Hermied weed

I don't know man. A lot of my friends are married and have kids. That seems worse than some seedy bud. In fact a few are paying alimony and that seems even worse. Like murder worse.

Journal for my first grow. 1000w, 8 plants, 3 strains Bodhi gear. Hempy. Let's do this

I'd credit the growth to just the week passing. I've only heard the nail thing being mentioned then completely flamed. It's also been been a long time since I've even heard or it being mentioned tbh

    Somebody likes my little garden

How the fuck did something that big get into a sealed tent?thats the important question I feel isn't being asked or am I missing something?

Don't know what I did but what do u guys think?

Don't know that it will be ready until it reverts back to flowering. Watch out for nanners

Journal for my first grow. 1000w, 8 plants, 3 strains Bodhi gear. Hempy. Let's do this

Start slow and do a little bit and see how the below growth responds if it perks up. You can always remove more but you can't put them back. And once the stretch is over she won't grow many more leaves so keep that in mind.

I'll probably catch hell for this but as I said it's a highly debated topic. Do a Google search on cannabis defoliation and read up and make your own decision. As I said there's a point of diminishing returns as where too many leaves are hiding growth and removing them could increase yield and...

Journal for my first grow. 1000w, 8 plants, 3 strains Bodhi gear. Hempy. Let's do this

You might wanna wait until you have more plants, particularly if they're clones so you can do a weight comparison to see if it ups yield or affects it.

I wouldn't see why not. Although the only reason I did it is because I have multiple plants to compare to and they're mad fucking bushy. Up to you if you want to. Start from the top and nip off any giant ones that are covering tops below it. I aim to get most of my big fan leaves all out towards...

Journal for my first grow. 1000w, 8 plants, 3 strains Bodhi gear. Hempy. Let's do this

This plant was topped one time above the second node for 4 main tops. Then I tied then down to let the secondary stuff be at the same height.

I understand that plants need leaves for buds but those plants are designed for the sun which penetrate s the foliage. Indoor lights just can't do that, nor do the plants get anywhere near the size they do for the amount of leaves they have. Also, everyone knows that bud that doesn't get direct...

His advice sounds on point t with what I've read. I'm not referring to Lolipopping the plant for one cola but removing high fan leaves shading bud sites and fan leaves towards the center of the plant doing the same as well as restricting air flow. Mine are so bushy and tight that the two I am...

Both of those subjects are about 50/50 on the opinions side so I assume that would mean those techniques are strain dependant

I'll also come to conclusion about flushing next run when I do all clones I'll feed one up until harvest and flush the other three and compare after cure.

Now I will admit that I'm leaning towards believing defoliation (not to a point of diminishing returns) does work.

Yeah I remember that from OG. Jamming a nail in the stalk at the base so it could heal a big nub around it effectively supercropping your main stalk. Theoretically seems like it makes sense but considering I've never seen anyone do it since I read that shit like ten years ago I'm assuming that's...

Journal for my first grow. 1000w, 8 plants, 3 strains Bodhi gear. Hempy. Let's do this

Crazy thing about the length of time I've invested in researching this stuff is that there's plenty of two year growers here with more knowledge than me. Preparation is great but there's no substitute for doing. Also, back in the day there was so much hippie "urban legend" about stuff that it...

I'm using the compressed Burpee bricks from home depot. I'd probably suspect Cannacoco is better and probably doesn't need as much perlite (by pictures it looks a bit more airy and less like mud like this stuff.) I don't use vermiculite since the Coco holds plenty of moisture. My ratio is about...

    First week of flower

Notice the two white pistils pointing up from the node to the left of the stipules. That's a girl

And generally speaking the later forming female flowers are more pointy not smoothly round/spade shaped.

    First week of flower

If you see multiple preflowers on top of each other in a cluster it's a male. Even if there's one that looks like those just wait to see if pistils pop out. Some that look male end up being female. But if more pop up its confirmed and separate it unless you plan on chucking pollen
