There are plenty of good fems available and OP has chosen to go that way. Lots of fem vs. reg threads waiting for your input if you feel the need to educate.

You have to drill down further than the county level because there are cities which have enacted their own ordinances. My county has both grow and no-grow cities.

I'm at 10 hours darkness now and one of my strains flowered last week and another looks about a week away. Totally different outside.

Don't worry about the 12/12 date. Means nothing outdoors, as flowering starts long before that. My Blue Widow started flowering this week with 14:05 daylight. When exactly did you put them out, and how much daylight did you have at the time? You may have a "minor" reveg going on.

Agree with both responses, and would add that it is strain dependent too sometimes. I've got four strains outside in California and the Blue Widow started flowering this week already. I'm at 14:05 daylight now and typically don't see flowers until second week of August with most strains. Others...
