You can FIM pretty much anytime, but I'd wait for the 2nd node before I FIM just so I don't overstress the younglings.

No I've never been spoiled and I abused a tiny bit, nothing too bad. I get enough attention from my dad, I'm going to have to try to work things out with my mother and put up with her for now on until I move out.
