Thanks all, the last plant has ternd out to be a girl. after 15 days of flowering!! and the last 3 have been on 10hr light 14hr dark. so im taking lots of clons, i hope thay live? as iv never taken them from a flowering plant before.

17lt will be fine, how tall is the plant? and what light you useing? as that going to be a big plant.

When i orderd them thay had no deels on, so i did not get the free seeds (im glad) i would have been beter off if thay never sent me the seeds, as all i have don is wast my time growing shit!! Thanks all, looking for sum seeds then.

I got 12 Feminised himalayan gold seeds, and i planted 6 of them an 5 so far have ball's!!! and there is no sign on the last one yet, and its been on 12/12 for 12 day's I have allwas had no prob's with fem seeds? but im just hoping the last one is a girl, so i can take sum cutings. Dont you...

How high are the lights from your plants? from them pic's thay look abit under fed to me. and low light?

Temps are fine. i re poted a 2 week old himalayan gold today from a 1 gal pot to an 4 gal, and it was root bound!! so i think you are making a big mistake not uping the size. And only 2.5ft tall? that to me is a very small plants for under a 1000watter? i would be going for 6-9 5ft plants.

I cant remember how much watteg i had on my last cfl grow, but i got about 0.70grams per watt. and it was puker smoke, +REP But its on ROLLITUP sum where?

like wolf an ian said veg to 8-12". i did 3 in 3gal pots under a 400watter in a 2.5x3.5 room, veged them to 14" and it was to much, thay ended up over 5ft tall with no air flow.

Whith cool tubes you lose about 5-10% but you can grow alot closer to the lights so possibly taller plants. I would stick with your 1000w& 400watters if you are not havin any heat probs? but just get a good in&out fan setup. Good luck.

I have never had any starching prob's veging with a HPS, but if you are worried that you will just get a dual spectrum bulb like this one...

Its a Mercury Fluorescent Lamp, and normly 2000k Colour temperature in Kelvin, so very red, i dont no if thay are any good? but maby ok for flowering? sorry i culd not help more. SO NO.

What temp's are you geting with that 1000w? as puting that 400w in there cud add 10c, the 2x600w with cooltubes is the way to go, and as EDGRAYFOX said about the same lumes too.
