I'm not sure it's also called hawian style growing basically your going to end up with very dense main bud sites instead of the traditional main bud sight and satillite bud sights around the outer rim of the plant. kinda going to look like a corn dog.

Oh i almost frogot if you use a cool tube you'll be able to get amazing results with that thing, or build in a internal light chamber into the box. then the plants won't need that 12" buffer from the heat of the bulb.

I pulled that information out of the growbible, and i did it with great results. But I believe anykind would work that is just the reccommended one.

make sure you use organic blackstrap mollasses mix 1-2 teaspoons per gallon of water and your normal fertilizers you can also use it during your flush and still get the desired clean ash. But i reccomend going 2 weeks without it. you get bigger buds but i definatly think it changes the taste...
