The leaves on my 9 day old speed devil plant are bending weird at the serated edges and one leaf is 1/4 bent! Is this bad what should I do!?!?!

This is confusing half say seedling stage and half say veg. Is there even a difference like does it matter can i still move into flower in about two or three weeks?

Alright so my plant surfaced about 2 ago and is now about an inch tall. Is it considered to be in veg stage now? And will it be safe to use nutes in two weeks then switch to flowering? Also the plant is under 400w mh light (more plants will be under soon) so how far away should the light be...

You can burn your plants I just think it depends on how far away the light is and how many plants your growing. And that looks way to pricy for how much its giving off. I've seen 250w hps lights for only 20$
