Yikes! How many plants? I agree with Bugeye about using big/tall boxes.

A few look OK. A few look like they are toast. Could go either way on a couple others.

From what I've been told, you can germinate with just about any bulb. 6500k lights for veg, and 2700k bulbs for flower. You can find all sorts of different splitters/adapters on Amazon and Ebay. I am using some of these and some of these.

Don't try to super-heat them now. You will do more damage. Just put them back in their normal grow space.

Start with 1/4 the recommended feeding and adjust from there.
