heres my flower room for the lighting i have 1 125w 2700k cfl and 3 15w 18 inch tubes that are 2700k, 4000k, and 6700k. for intake and exhaust i have a window fan, one side blowing in one side blowing out. and for circulation i have the mini black fan just blowing at the plants

the stem definitely bulked up after i started lsting and using the soma roots method. i would reccomend it to any grower, the white widow is only my second grow so well see which one yeilds more, but yeah ill post pics up a little later in the day
