This is very urgent. i am in dire need of some quicl CFL's I was going to go to Home Depot and just buy the 26w ones, and get like 12 of them until my HPS light gets in the mail But i was wondering, What do i need EXACTLY so i cna get all the CFL's on a Surge Protector hanging over the plants...
