im sorry i had it start inside but wanted it to be an outdoor and then it rained for the 11 days

so the plant started inside then i brought it outside and becasue it rained for 11 days straight i brought it in to save it and it seemed fine and now after about 4 or 5 weeks there are little flying bugs that go into the soil and then around night come out and land on the plant.I havent noticed...
