In my experience with NL go the full 8 weeks. If you haven't already go down to radio shack and get one of there pocket microscopes, that's all you need to tell you when to harvest.

16 inches would give you an estimated 4 foot plant, plus 1 foot for your pot that would leave you with 1.5 feet. Saying they don't really get taller then 4 feet you'll be fine.

My first grow with NL I had 2 great phenos, one I topped and one I didn't. The one I didn't top I liked more cause it tasted better but it wasn't nearly as heavy as the other one. Here's some pics before I cut 'em.. I think the topped one got like 1/2oz. more or something.

Yea i'm kinda in the same boat as well, gave my WW a lot of nutes and she loved them but I kinda waited too long to flush her and most of the leaves are all still 'alive'. Worst thing I can look forward too is maybe the taste might be a bit off cause of the nutes. :?

If most of that is from light burn that they do look pretty good. You should check the leaves at the bottom of the plant, if they are starting to yellow and die off evenly from the bottom to top then you should up the nutes you're giving her. It doesn't look like there really begging for...

Well the healthy leaf growth won't slow down the flowering.. I don't really know what you mean either tho? If you have healthy leaf growth that just means you have a healthy plant, maybe you just gave her a bit too much nutes and she really liked it.. either way she sounds fine.

Yea I would say you'll be fine.. I got a 250w HPS in a 2.5 square foot cabinet and thats 100w per square foot. My temps average are a bit high at 81-84, but when I first started they were up to 100.. just gotta find what will work for you best.
