These are about 60 days old from the day they germinated. The company advertises them as "60-70 days from seed to harvest". Which seems to be in line.

Yea, that's the Ruderalis genes (that make it an auto) being expressed. Crossing a regular hybrid/indica/sativa cannabis plant with Ruderalis is what gives us the autoflower (as I'm sure you've heard haha). The cross can give you some hilarious leaf patterns. I have some autos that have leaves...

I moved the Double Grapes out of the tent and inside. Now they are in a dark room with an AC running to finish up. We will see what happens! Depending on how they look tomorrow and the weather, I may give them 3 or 4 more days out in the sun. Im going away Monday, so that will be D-day. At that...

Nice! And you could still end up with a decent haul. I've seen plants that size get some fat flowers. And with them being that manageable you will be able to keep them very happy and safe...which means high quality end product.

Damn...you are prepared. That's gonna be a serious operation you got there. Cant wait to see it up and running.

Yea, it seems airflow would be the number 1 factor once they are all enclosed like that. I imagine you could keep the ends open and position the house so the wind has access. But still...I'd have massive hollywood stunt fans out there. Haha.

HLG vs HGL Side By Side Take 2

That phenomenon is called "word salad". Sales people use it a lot. Its similar to when someone is lying so they add a lot of detail because they think it makes them seem credible.

The double grapes are getting a couple of days in the dark in front of the a/c to finish up. They are looking good. This means the tent is empty...so I can finish up the Toof Decay under the lights. Super excited to see how that goes. It's in a 7g pot (soil), and is about 3 feet tall right now.

Oh man...what a nightmare that was last year. There's a few other dudes in here beside myself that were contributors to that thread and you arent kidding. It was a tough time. Haha... That's a tough call on your auto. From the pictures, I would personally give it a few more weeks to see what...

Thanks man. It's my first real auto grow so I'm pretty happy with how it's gone. I have a 3' tall...GORGEOUS toof decay outdoors that is 3ish weeks from finish that I am gonna slide into this tent once these Double Grapes are done. Cant wait to see how it does finishing under the LED. It's...

I appreciate the feedback. I've never run into it this drastic in my outdoor photo grows. Where the plant looks like it has so much more time but the trichs dont. I've always heard the whole "sometimes the pistils will just keep coming" thing in every newbie "is it ready yet?!?!?!" thread on...

    The Mephisto genetics thread

I'm a little stumped on the timing with these double grapes... The trichomes are saying "Harvest!!" But the plant is saying "I've got more to give..." Its still got white hairs and is making more daily, it's still green and the leaves havent started getting sucked out yet, it's still drinking...

Thinking about moving them to a cold dark room. Letting them finish there. Supposed to enhance the finish? (Insert suspicious hippo eyes here...) I have 2 identical plants in the tent. Maybe finish 1 in the cold/dark, and 1 in the tent under the lights so we can compare and contrast effects?

Switching over to flower nutes now. Man, Sco...you may have nailed that finish date of 2 weeks into September on all these Pure Indicas. If not earlier. These things are FLYING. They are insane. Yesterday they had nice little buds going, now they are all stacked and touching. Like little...

Haha...good call. But they are only tucked in like that when its windy. When it rains they all get dragged inside (which is super fun). The Pure Indica came from ILGM https://shop.ilovegrowingmarijuana.com/products/pure-indica-marijuana-seeds?variant=1176222332

You should leave them a note in a plastic bag with some pointers. "Use this for bugs, lollipop/defoliate this much, ease up on the N, get this for flower..." Sign it... "Best regards...The Weed Elves"

Depends on the plant, the heat, the wind...etc. I'd say this summer...on average, every other day. We are using a little less water every time we water them then in past years. Waiting until they start to look drained and the pots are light, then watering them. So we are watering the same amount...
