The issue with waiting til the last second is if you're not careful you can knock open the sacks and pollinate your other plants....

I just pulled 2 plants that had these (see pic) I am 95% sure they were males.

If I'm not mistaken I believe chrishydro is referring you to a soil grow or something not DWC. With DWC you only need 3-5 days flush. Since you roots are soaking in the water, their is no idle time. With soil and other pot feedings, you need to wait for the water & nutes to travel through. Id...

These are master bubba's @ 5 weeks. Tho, they are in a DWC with nutes and a 400 watt hps/mh setup. Also been fimmed

They look the way they do because they have been FIMMED in their 3 weeks of vegging. Not because of the spray feeding.

I'm confused...... How many weeks all together have you been growing the pictured crop? from germination to when you took this photo? I started my crop on the 26th of June. Meaning I placed my seeds in a paper towel on that day.
