how warm is the water in the rez?u said ur room was in the 80's.small rezs will warm up real fast in a room that hot.it shouldnt be any higher then 78.i didnt catch the kind of nutes u use.some nutes dont have alot of buffers in them and have to be adjusted alot.ph spikes up can/could be caused...

rockwool is "trash" it will NOT break down.we have piles that have sat in our compost and if u dig in the compost the cubes at the bottom havent even started to breakdown.some are 5-6 years old.even if u crush it up it doesnt seam to help.its been a problem for us for awhile,"what to do with...

growing in norcal is not easy to do when u have to make it to november.we had to fight the same winds but waited till the fisrt day of rain.it was raining so hard and blowing like crazy.we had one greenhouse roof cave in do to water build up.that hater has no clue what its like to pull chunk out...

i had the same prob but moved my ph to more like 6.3 cause this is a better ph level for mg.its more so with my chemdogs,larry and cheese dont mind that level so i go with it and i dont have that prob any more..after looking at ur pics,imo its something else other then ph.it very well be a fungus

u want your ph to rise slowly threw the week.u dont want to keep it at 5.8 everyday.u want it to go up slowly.if it jumps up in a matter of hours not days u gotta keep adding buffers and thats not good.imo

that stuff was all over the place with its ph for me.ill never use there line again.imo i think its crap.i have to say that go's for most of the heads i know..everybody had the same issue with the ph.it seams to me there buffers dont seam to work well with hard water.i use canna now it starts...

where iam at they look for plants not pots.they use choppers and if u got what looks like to much then they will hover low and if they can will land and take it.
