Bad advice. Leave them be at all costs. Don't moisten them more. You probably drowned them doing both techniques. But give it a couple more days.

Sorry for late response. Optimal temp would be around 78-80. Rh around 80% which with a humidity dome it'll create the right humidity. Now when they break ground and sprout the cotyledons you should open the vents on the dome a little.
