I think ive read in the past that a way to tell how good your plant has been flushed is by the ash. The lighter the ash the better ? If so, I take it the best way to test your harvest is with a bong/pipe etc... that way u can see the ash and inspect the leftovers. {but obviously if it rips...

Make sure your filters cfm is rated higher than your fan cfm. Id go for a 100mm rhino {350cfm} to go along with the vortex. thats what i use along with my 4in hvk (175cfm}, your space is a little bigger than mine though. Rhinos all the way.
