Fuck all that mess. You just need 2 32oz gatorades and a package of Suregel liquid pectin. Put the pectin in one gatorade and drink it within 30min. Then drink the regular gatorade within 30min of the first one. Piss 3 times and your 4th will be clean. Works every time, been doing it for 10+...
