I would really recommend upping the light if you plan on flowering. some people like seeds some people like clones it's up too you.

Veg it out a little bit and see which one is stronger. Cloning is a pretty lengthy process and I don't feel like going into full detail about it. i will say this though, you cut the branch off put it into rock wool or similar item and wait til it roots. theres plenty of forums about it already...
