LST = low stress training. you tie down branches so they grow more hortizonal then vertical, mostly. But people also LST to shed more light on lower branch, and more.

i woul go with fox farm`s ocean forest for the soil. and as far as the nutes go, in my personal opinion i would get advanced nutrients sensi grow A&B for veg, and advanced nutrients sensi bloom A&B and bigbud for flowering.

yea dude i think you should be fine, just try not to do it anymore. i interupted my flowering night cycle a few times within a few days and i diden`t see any changes. But i got luck, but So you should be cool.

iwould try to bring the humidity up a little, maybe to 60% and try to bring the temp down a little also to around 75-80. Just my opinion..But they are looking great to me though:weed:

dud all i can say is that fox farm`s don`t bug me spray works awsome, gets rid of mites, and everything else. Just use as directed and use frequently and they won`t come back. and i have used dish soap mix with water, just a little squirt in a spray bottle filled with water. i sprayed my plants...

yea do with the last guy said, mix perlite in with them, you should be cool with just that mixed in if you are useing fox farm ocean forest. and you should invest in some nutes as well ahead of your grow.

yea dude give them little bit more time, i hade some seeds beafor take a week to germinate. Just keep them moist, but not soaked and you might get them to germ

70-80 degrees is where you generaly want to be at, but my temps get to 90 sometime with no visible problems. Your fan setup sounds good, but one thing you could do is have a fan blowing up by, right under, or twords the light to disapate the heat a little. Try this and see if this helps...sorry...

use the opaper towl method, i always get at least90% but most of the time i get a 100% germination rate.
