in my xperience, floro's don't make good, thick buds. they're good for veg, but for flower u need a hps. check out this thread for some unbelievable deals on a variety of lights and everthing else u might want/need...

P.S. Topping the plants will cause them to focus on vegetative growth instead of flowering, there-by delaying the flowering process.
