As long as my plants are, say, at least a foot tall, I can put them into the flowering cycle and bud them out, can't I? Canuk, I just began construction of my own and I do believe he's likely using a 12-volt charging source and just splicing the wiring, such as with a cell phone charger for example. That's what I'm doing as well, anyway :)
