Anything like that should be bought from home depot/lowes/ or walmart. One of those 3 will have EXACTLY what u need for as cheap as you'll find it for fans/ducting/etc. Can order online and have em deliver it to the store nearest you sometimes!

It's definitely a tolerance issue. I'm going to try to take a month or two off soon to lower my tolerance back down to an average person's level cause like a previous poster mentioned I, too, have got high with some of my buddies who got STONED and I was like 'fuck' wish I was that high.
