i had mine coming on 15 off 30 min during veg, i have it on for the full 12 hours in flowering blowing gently to keep the temp right. all depends what lights your using.:bigjoint:

do you think it would affect the plants if i changed the lights? if so in what way...slow growth? smaller of buds? going to put the hps back in as soon as i get back.

yeah the ventilation's fine, the weather's still cold enough in this part of the world so that shouldn't be a problem. if i put in flouresents they'll bring the temp down a bit aswell.:eyesmoke:

gonna be leaving my plants for five days, 3 bubblicious flowering for 3 weeks. i was going to take out the 600watt hps im using now and put in 325watts of flouresents while im away because they wont dry out the soil as much as the hps. would this be o.k? would it affect the plants? im gonna give...

i wouldnt worry too much about it dude, they seek heat not the light and the flours wont give out the heat they look for. but its still scary when you hear a chopper over the house lol.all part of the buzz good luck.:bigjoint:

its pretty expensive in the uk, anywere between £180 - 250 an ounce. thats why i grow my own.lol.:hump:

put my fingers in the soil to check it and felt something slimey, it was a tiny slug smaller than my finger nail. if thears 1 does that mean thears more in their? should i be worried? im growing indoors aswell.

my plants are on 12/12 now and i have 2 fans blowing 45 min on and 15 min off every hour.the temp is around 24/25 deg when the fans are on and reaching 27/29 deg while the fans are off. should i just leave the fans on for the whole 12 hours to keep it at the same temp? will it make any...
