until my roots are full and thriving i have my water busting hitting the bottom of my rockwook, but these are not seedlings , they have a good deal of roots. then i lower the water level.

if rockwool isn't working for you, try peat pellets or rapid rooters. But there is no reason you should be having a problem with rockwool.

keep the germed seed in low light (couple cfls, 3 ft away from an HID light) for as long as it takes to have roots coming out if it all over. i can't say how long that will be make a week.

you don't want it dry, but rockwool is very easy to saturate. dont squeeze it either.

you can soak the rockwool in1/4 strength ph'd nutes, but ph'ed water is just fine. the seed has plenty of food to survive for a while.

I think your rockwool was too wet, you have to shake them to get the excess water out, a salad spinner works great. good luck

If pure O2 is flammable, why you do I need to use Acetylene for a torch set up. Turn just the 02 on and try to light it. Not going to happen. 02 allows other fuels to burn. Period.

And as for all the claims of explosion and flammable. That is just non sense. 02 allows other fuels to burn It is stable.

An air pump or additional O2 is not required in aero. They get plenty of O2. If you think they are not getting enough O2 turn you cycle timer down. I run mine at 15 seconds on 6 minutes off. If you are worried about keeping it clean use some H2O2 which will also provide your res more O2.
