Can you germinate seeds in vodka?

My stupid wife was making tinature and used one of my distiled water botles to fill it up with vodca so when I was soking my seeds in a towel for germinating i ued the bottle on accident used the same bottle now are they ruind ? I switched out the vodca with distiled water do you think IM ok or...

I've never had such a hard time getting these seeds to grow before. Out of six I had germinated all of them had a feeder root. I'm using the starter plugs by advance nutrents. I've used them with the Chernobyls and there doing great? Not sure what happnd here
