Cfl yield per plant? whats everybody getting these days

Personally I equate my style to this; You can catch a two hundred pound Tarpon using a stout rod, large spinning reel and heavy braided line(HID lights). However, I too can catch that same Tarpon on a fly fishing outfit. I may struggle more and have to play the fish longer(CFL'S) but in the end...

    Crawlintbss CFL indoor grow

Well everyone, Here are the pictures of my Nordic Jack before and after her L.S.T. I topped her at the fifth node, left her alone for four week's or so, then last Saturday night she got the bondage. She will be seven week's old when I initiate flowering, this will be on Sunday. It went very...

    Pollen Storage.

Hey Brother, I'll have to check out your journal. Seem's like an interesting cross. The more I've been reading on fem. seed's V.S. regular ones, my finding's are that regular seed's produce a better female than fem's. This is according to Mike at Madala seed's. I guess in retrospect that's why...

    Pollen Storage.

Hey eastcoastmo, Thanks for getting the ball rolling. I keep my seeds in uncooked rice as well. This pollen issue has been on my mind for a while now. So you can keep pollen viable for that long? Have you ever crossed anything interesting? Sherman420

    Pollen Storage.

Okay All, I don't know if anyone ever started a thread on pollen storage or pollination techniques, so if not then here we go. We all know males are not necessarily what we're looking for, so let's put these so called useless bastards to some good use. Any and all information welcome. So let's...

    Speed seeds?

Hey Bullet, Yeah the Diesel autoflower was from Speed Seeds. She was tiny, not surprising though seeing she was crossed with a Lowryder #2. I found her to be a handful to grow, just a pain in the ass, always deficient in something no matter what I did. But beautiful though, late in flower she...

Cfl yield per plant? whats everybody getting these days

Hey Humanrob, I hear you about the heat issue. I have a 440 CFM 6 inch hurricane fan with a variable speed controller. The air exchange in my box is quite substantial. The fan is hooked up to a 200 CFM carbon filter that features a "pull or push" air option. When it gets cold I turn it down and...

    Speed seeds?

Hey Bullet, In my experience, they all smell. I just grew a Diesel auto that was only ten inches tall but the smell from this little girl was something else. Thank god I have a carbon filter. The Northern Light auto I grew also stunk to high heaven. Be safe, spend the money on a fan and filter...

Cfl yield per plant? whats everybody getting these days

Hey Humanrob, I read the same thing about 3000K-4000K issue. I never really put too much thaught into it, the place I buy my CFL's from only stock's 3000K 13 watt and 23 watt bulb's. When I cultivate auto's I use an equal mix of 6500K and 3000K bulb's.For photo's I alway's use 6500K for...

    Speed seeds?

Hey ServingSize, I can't see a reason why they wouldn't finish all in a 10-11 week time frame. I think first and foremost all plants work pretty much on their own time frame. Keep a close eye on them for signs of maturity as in yellowing fans and amber/milky trichoms. I personally let my autos...

    Mandala seeds satori grow

Hey Allen, Amazing looking lady. I just finished a NYC DIESEL x LOWRYDER #2 Automatic that had similar colors. I've been wanting to try something from Mandala, but I have far too many other bean's to utilize before I order more. My current plant is a four week old Nordic Jack photo, she's a...

Cfl yield per plant? whats everybody getting these days

Hey Y'All, CFL's are great, I agree. Check out my Diesel Auto. Seventy day's from seed to harvest. She's a very hard strain to grow, at least I found her to be. What a beauty though, lot's of purple late in flower, very fruity scent and just packed with crystal. Seeing that she was a Lowryder#2...

    why is she not budding.

Hey loudpackray, She's looking great. I personally think she will go way beyond seventy day,s. Post a picture every week, and we'll see how much longer she should flower for. My guess is somewhere between ten and fourteen week's. Let's be patient! You don't want to rush know that you have her...

    why is she not budding.

Hey Cpappa27, You're right, this Diesel Auto was the only one I've had that pretty much finished on time. I've found that most go at least ten-fourteen week's, and some like in you case even longer. In my experience, they will let you know when they're done all by themselves. Peace, Sherman420

    why is she not budding.

Hey loudpackray, Maybe on the first picture I might see a nanner. Everything else seems to be in fine order. Even you do end up with a few beans, it's no big deal. You'll have more free seeds to experiment with. Contrary to some of the posts, I find Speed Seeds fairly stable. Let your plant...
