From what I understand, that seed will stay white. If it is white then it means it didn't mature enough to the point of being brown before the plant was cut. Again, I could be wrong. So I would like to here what any one else has to say on this.

Thanks! I found a nice listing on eBay, someone wanting to get rid of all their supplies. I got the light, bunch of nutes, TDS meter, and much more for around $50. It's only brought the temp up by 7-8 degrees on average, not much. Keeps pretty cool for the most part.

I changed the lighting up a little today to help with the lower leaves. Just over 13" now. Also I tucked some of the lower fan leaves under the smaller ones next to them. It really opened up the area for more light.

Thanks guys. I'll be sure to follow that method when watering. And I have been playing around with some string trying to bend the plant over just slightly, mostly to get more light on the lower tiers, but not trying to stress her too much.
