Looks like it has begun flowering, thats cool. She looks healthy. I assume it's outdoors, is it planted in the ground? She doesn't look like she's starving for anything. You should get a bottle of bloom nutes to have around, just in case she starts looking hungry.

I lay mine in between the layers of a folded, dampened paper towel. I place the paper towel in a ziplock sandwich bag, then I hang the bag up in a dark warm place. This way, when the seeds germinate, the root can grow straight down instead of trying to push through the towel.

I'd try stirring it while warming it up somehow, maybe in a small pyrex bowl over very low heat. That's the only way I can think of to get the c02 bubbles out.

It'll live, try to give it some support from above if possible. Some string, maybe some bungee cords, anything you can find to pull it up. It should make it the rest of the way.
