too much light imo. clones dont need much light at all i've never cloned without a dome. id consider possible foliar feeding. it's not necessary per se, but it is beneficial.

Do not disturb your roots when transplanting!!!!! You willl be fine in those cups for a decent amount of time. i take decent sized plants all the way through flower in 1 gallon pots all the time. it's mostly just inconvenient because you have to water more often.
