do those 4 way testers test ph accurately? because i have one too, and my ph reads 7 for water and soil as well.

i don't know what a scrog grow is, and my budget just hit zero so i don't think i'll be investing in anything more for maybe several months. although, thank you for the suggestions, i will look scrog up.

really ive been reading like 2000 lumens per square foot and i have about 18 square feet, im assuming?. and the 150w hps fixture i got says 16000 lumens. i really want to be sure though. the walls will be lined hopefully with mylar.

I have a space, 1' 8" x 1' 8" x 4 ft. i have a 150w Hps on the way. will this be enough to grow maybe 2 plants?
