i guess flush, whats the difference between flushing and watering with straight water?

okay so this has probably already been answered somewhere but i cant find it, i have my plants growing in 5 gallon pots. how tall or how long should i veg before i should start flowering, i dont want them to get too big for the pots

i use a 6 in for my 600 watt in a cooltube, you can buy mufflers for them too

so i shouldnt have much watering coming out into the saucers? ive been having a lot come out....and when i flush it should i have a lot of water come out to make sure it gives a good flush or no?

someone had told me that i should drain all the excess water out of the saucers under the pots after watering or it will cause root rot? any one have any thoughts on this?

yea im growing them in soil i havent had any bugs with them just mildew once and its starting to look like it may be coming back again, but im useing botanigarden nutrients and flushing every other water

i have my 600w ballast plugged into one outlet and a surge protector with a 6 in inline and 4 in inline fan with 2 other small fans plugged into a dif outlet on the other wall, is that okay?
