These bugs are really tiny almost microscope. Here are some pics of the leaves tho...I couldn't find any bugs crawling on the leaves or on top of the soil..

I was watering the plant when the soil got dry -I didn't water it today although it could use it. the temp is 75-78 still I did move the new light up a little more. The temp stayed the same in the new tent. I checked up on the veg tent today and found the second plant has all the same symptoms...

This plant was doing great in the vegging tent... under a 150w hps I just moved this strong healthy plant into the bloom tent. It chills alone in a larger tent under a 250w hps.. It is in a smart pot 3gal i believe with Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil.. I was misting the plant with carbonated water...
