well imo youve gotten your soil way too wet it hasnt dried making the humidity sky rocket causing the shroom to grow wich is a fungus and thats why your leaves are that way youve gotten fungus problems bad...i had this same problem once not a special shroom please dont eat it...

you have to take in to account all the factors that go along with it not just the lighting stressing a plant can cause it to flower the temps could kill it honestly i think your over worrying about it 12 hrs is what a plant needs to stay in the vegative state IMO good luck tho great soil btw

try the cfls 6-8 inches itll make your stem grow..but the scotts isnt a bad soil but..it looks to have aot of junk in it (sticks..mulch) water i used straight spring water works like a charm the plant maybe some dank lol never know

looks like you need to water less often overall it looks great to me but could use a lil tlc from such as side lighting and if you plan on veggin for a bit longer maybe a bigger pot...5 gallon pot would make her beautiful
