ok, I decided to take the top early, the clone I have has pretty much stopped growing vertically and taking the top off my plant lets me get more light to it... weight 29 grams wet...

from what I have read after they are germinated, they grow upwards seeking light, if there is none there for it to find, it may not come up as quickly...

ok, so you misjudged...not the pellets fault you don't provide the right conditions...I use indoors make time for your plants...(maybe you don't have proper conditions for the pellets in your situation) ok super grower, you tell me what the "best" medium is...wouldn't we all be using...

as for peat pellets moistening unevenly try properly watering and not letting over dry...sounds simple...but, must be the pellets fault for not telling you it wanted more water more often...

pretty much yeah, I don't think the amount of water matters much though...as soon as they sprout a root I would put them in a medium with the root facing down.

I guess I should have looked at your pics better, no I don't think it would work with hydro sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried keeping my seeds in darkness while germinating in a glass of water and have tried germinating on a plate between wet paper towels on a window sill just dont have very good success with either way(maybe I do something wrong)...when I use the peat pellets I put them under the light(cfl)...

lol, mines not brand name but it works...Sam's choice deep feeding for flowering plants 10-52-10. I'm sure others will offer you some high priced stuff on here that works better, but this is cheap and effective. my grow is in my signature(I used cfl's, so results of course would have been better...

lol, you will get many opinions on that, but I don't think any one way is the best.(Otherwise we would all do it that way)Everyone grows different according to what their experience, conditions, and funds provide them, what works for someone else may not always work for you...I'm sure others...

either way should work...I have better luck putting the seed in before germinating, but I tend to think most would prefer to germinate first.(all seeds I have started in the peat pellets sprouted...not all seeds I try to germinate work out) I would say try a few each way and see what works best...

you could do either way, but from the looks, its already healed the spot the best it will, if you were to cut it I wouldn't cut past the brown area since it will make a fresh wound for the plant to have to focus energy on. I would assume to wait until the area you live in is getting at least 18...

Thanks man. Leaves and pistils are starting to grow out purple now(my cam sucks so hard to see) but seems like I still got a while left, I was expecting to harvest at the end of week 8 but don't think that will be happening...Almost all hairs are white or purple still, prob less than 5% orange...

It always seems everyone on here has grown more than everyone else...at least thats what too many people try to make it seem like...

If you your lights closer it would look much better... What color rating are your bulbs?(they look more blue than red) Maybe their not good pics, but it looks like my 23 inch plant will have more bud than yours(started from seed 12 Feb 09) not trying to be offensive, it does not look too bad...

10x23 watt 2700k/6x15 watt 2700k for flower...6x26 watt 6500k for veg(3 plants during veg)...Veg time 28 days from seed...flowering is still going on pictures from day 47 of flowering...plant is appx 23 inches tall...

yeah, not very impressive from the looks...I am using cfl's(300watts appx) in my grow, and it looks good, just over 7 weeks into flower(23 inch tall appx)... What color rating are your bulbs? How tall are your plants?
