50000 square feet. Colorado Legal rec grow

I'm not buying what Eye Hortilux is trying to sell here... are they saying it's a mere coincidence that high CRI light fixtures (be it LED or HID) are better at growing plants and have a more uniform spectrum?! apologies for the hijacking

50000 square feet. Colorado Legal rec grow

I use 80 CRI HID bulbs and planning on changing to the 90 CRI CMH. Eye Hortilux article was probably talking about PAR (micro moles). Yellow-orange light will produce more raw PAR, also our vision is more sensitive to that spectrum that's why HPS is used for street lighting, as well as for the...

250 watt keep it simple ghetto grow - leftover seeds. COBs.

The light looks very orange in the pics... it's difficult to take a pic without the interference thingy. In reality it's a very even white colour

Just put in the Philips bulb. Color rendition is the same, if not a tiny bit more yellow, as the COBs; lumen/watt efficiency is better than with the COB. On paper it's 113 lumens/watt Ambient temps are now 22 degrees celsius whereas they were 24 degrees with the HPS. With a fan blowing...

    HASH BOMB. 250w HPS DWC

In that medium you should be aiming for pH 5.5-6. Remember pH is base 10 so any 0.1 of a difference is critical. <--- not sure I got that right as far as English goes. Check out anything by @ISK and @WattSaver for some good examples and advice. Don't cut down on nutes if your ph is off

    HASH BOMB. 250w HPS DWC

It's hard to tell from the pics under the HPS but I'm gonna take an educated guess at it: nitrogen deficiency

http://www.lighting.philips.com/main/prof/lamps/high-intensity-discharge-lamps/ceramic-metal-halide/master-citywhite-cdo-tt/928082319230_EU/product So I've had nothing to do other than to study spectrum graphs between HPS and CMH and noticed they peak in the same spots on the graph, with the...

far out, man. A heavy yielder and a fast grower. Big harvest window, but expect to harvest at around 9 weeks from photoperiod switch to get some real good purple colour. I've grown this both under 80 cri 4000K, sunlight and HPS. indoor one had the heaviest stone and a darker colour but expressed...

Put some pics up, matty. Also why are you feeding half strength nutes? A whole lot of deficiencies will appear when they require more nutes
