yeah 6500K CFL lights are good you can get them now in 250watt wich gives out about 750watt of light. you can find them on ebay for about £45 / $70 one of them will be plenty of light for your size grow room, just remember to keep the light low or your plants will strech and be weak

hey dude your fluoro lights will be fine for veging. I have 10 plants under 3x 24" daylight flouro tubes and they are 27 days into veg and they look great i have pic in my topic. So depending on how many plants you are going to grow 4x fouro tubes will be fine for veggin just keep the light 2"...

This is my flower room. Light proof 1m x 1m x 2m lined with milar. 1x 250watt cfl light 2700k 1x multi speed fan 1x high speed computer fan for extraction (work very well, when i zip my grow tent up i can see it suck the sides in) so must be sucking lot of air??. I need some help what nutes...

We are now into the sixth day of veg under 24hr light for another week then i will transplant into 5 littre pots and place under 18hr light for another 3 weeks and then begin the flower stage. As this is my first grow im not sure if my plants are healty?? but they seem to look fine to me.

They look ready to me mate, the buds are a nice golden brown mate i think its time to harvest them babys. you could always leave it another week to see if the buds fatten up a bit more but i would harvest them now. BTW looks like you got some nice dense buds there let me know the total yield dude
