i watered them once i saw it and now the plant is no longer droopy anymore. When I first started growing the plant it didnt have a lot of light so it stretched and we had to hold it up but now it can stand up on its own. We fixed the lights so it doesnt stretch any more and it has been doing...

So this morning i looked and both my plants are very dropping and the tops are basically falling over, i water them every other day and weight til the soil is dry to rewater so it must be underwatering but ive been watering them the same this whole time and all of a sudden overnight they did...

should i have waited til the burnt plant was in full recovery to have topped? When should i start to put my plants into flower mode and what should i do to help them a bit?

This is the plants and setup currently, 2 1650 lumen cfl lights (i think) and then another 1650 lumen cfl on the bottom and an hps light not sure though. You can see the burn in the pics too
