Okay dude....I've just started the whole CFL grow thing myself and I've compiled some knowledge thats working for me so far. If you gonna use cfls you have to use the right light spectrum for veg and then switch for flowering.....Use the 6500k "DAYLIGHT" 23w cfls for veg then switch to 2700k 42w...
