check faq.i think for the veg period you need something between 50-60.but 40-50 its fine.during flowering should be 30-40.thats what i know:)

one thing i know is that plants during the night of course grow(and not stretch) but they are using day energy that is stored.thats all i know:)

next season i am gonna buy a home box.its great to create somethin on your own but its easier to buy ;)
