I have 2 soft white 29 watt/2200 lumen CFLs from HD in a Y socket for my lil seedlings right now and plan to get about 4 more in the next week or so. I will be using soft white for BOTH veg and flower. Will post my results in my grow journal. I have 3 that have sprouted so far 2-3 days ago. BTT

Update: There are now 3 that have sprouted and 4 more seeds in some water to be germinated.

Sounds like a lighting issue. You cannot use a regular incadescent light bulb. Try looking into some CFLs. And also keep them close to the plant about 1-2" so they do not stretch.

And my 29 watters give off 75 lumen/watt

They do list the Lumen output. Light Output (Lm) 3600 But it is not that great. I have 2 29 watters from HD that give off 2200 lumen each. So you could push 4400 lumen at 58 watts. And for only $18-20 for both. BTT

I think you overwatered them. You should have the drip system come on just a few times a day for a few minutes. This is what I think the problem could be, but there a few other possibilities. BTT
