Allo I plan to scrog 2 plants from seed in a closet and i was thinking the 250 hps might not be ok for the seedlings. Put the light too close, and ill frazzle them. Too far away and ill end up with 6 inch stalks... Ive found these cool HO CFLs, 14w and 1020 lumens each. I thought 3 on each...

looks good, plan on getting smt very similar going myself. any reason you didnt go for a 250w, thats what im gonna use...gonna be warm for sure but a good strong vent fan should sort it out... also, whats the reason for the styrofoam lining? cheers m8
