Vegged with a 600W MH... about 7' headroom... Plant is around 24" I guess I have 4 females. 1 I pruned so its a little shorter... one is just shorter cause it grew that way... and then 2 beasts like the one in the pics. I figure 600W HPS should do the trick.

I'm a week into flowering and this plant seems to need water quite often, leaves are starting to curl down too. They are under a 600W HPS and I just recently moved it up a few inches cause it was getting pretty hot down there. Do you think this pot is ok til harvest?

Yeah I chopped it down today... no biggie I got 3 nice lookin females from a 10 pack so I'm happy... plus clones seem to be healthy. Just didn't look like the other ones plus no hairs and all the females have huge hairs stickin out... Thanks for the help!!

Yeah seems to be cutting down the time I have to water by a day... no biggie I guess. Givin them FF nutes so they should be happy food wise :D Thanks!!!

Hello, What can you do when you water a plant and the water seems to just drain right through the soil? I do let it get a little too dry sometimes, which I am working on. The problem is when I water it it seems like most of the water just drains right out the bottom of the pot..

Took some new clones tonight!! Feel much better about this batch just by putting them into rockwool and scraping off some additional stem near the bottom before dunking them in the rooting gel. Hopefully third time is a charm!!

Plant is still alive... not much change yet.... like I said lots of room so I'm going to see how things pan out. Will update the thread before I cut it down (if I do.)

Thanks for the help guys/gals. I can't get the coco plugs to do what they say in the pictures (they say to just add water and it should expand to fill one of the tray slots, that doesn't happen for me??) So I'm going to buy some rockwool cubes and give it another go either tomorrow or...

Yeah I have accepted the fate of these clones, going to try it again tomorrow. I'm not sure what I did so wrong, everything I read explains how easy cloning is and sofar I have had a 0% success rate after 2 tries. I'm hoping its because of the medium I was using (soil) and that I have better...

Also does anybody have any tips for using coco plugs to clone? Do they have to be soaked in 5.5 ph water for 24 hours like rockwool? Or can water just be dumped on them before taking the cuttings? Does the water have to be warm? I have a bunch of coco plugs that were thrown in with the dome I...

Hey man thanks for the link! I actually want to have 2 strains going, so not sure how this would work in that situation? 1 is sative 1 is indica so they would be different sizes. I was planning on having 2 mothers for each and keeping them in veg..

Ok, I'm going to try again... Does it make a difference where you take the cuttings from? I took them right at the bottom since they were the longest secondary growing nodes.. Should I take them closer to the top even though they would be smaller clones?? Also I'm going to try the coco plugs...

I mean the plants that I took these clones from were put on 12/12 as of yesterday. So it would be fine to take more clones from them now?

It's my first grow so I'm treating them like my first born, so no worries there!

Ahhh terrible news... I just switched them over to 12/12 yesterday... Could I still take a clone from them? Or would it be better to grow them through to harvest and try to regenerate them?? I actually have coco plugs too, but found them kinda hard to deal with so I put them in soil..
